2. Service Description
IMVZ provides AI text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, image expansion, restoration, and related creative tools. Some features may be available without signing in, while others may require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, IMVZ is an interface layer built around our own systems and third-party model providers and is not the underlying model provider itself.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use IMVZ in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, not to circumvent limitations or security measures, not to use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, not to interfere with the platform or its servers, and not to generate infringing, dangerous, deceptive, or otherwise harmful material.
4. Accounts, Credits, and Paid Features
If you create an account, you must keep your information accurate and are responsible for activity under that account. Some parts of IMVZ may require subscriptions, credits, or one-time payments, and the applicable pricing, entitlements, billing periods, and quotas will be shown on the relevant pricing, checkout, or order pages.
5. Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property
You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other user-provided content. Rights in AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law and the policies of model providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe third-party rights and for deciding whether generated content is suitable for commercial use, publication, or licensing.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You may not use IMVZ to generate or attempt to generate unlawful content, sexually exploitative content, hateful or discriminatory content, harassing or harmful content, infringing material, deceptive deepfakes, or any other material that violates law, platform rules, or safety requirements. We may block, refuse, remove, or restrict content or accounts that create legal, safety, or abuse risks.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In general, requests made without signing in are processed temporarily, while signed-in usage may retain the information needed for account features, history, subscriptions, billing, support, and security protections.
8. Refunds, Cancellation, and Support
Digital services, subscriptions, and credits are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation usually stops future renewals and does not retroactively undo benefits already provided for the current billing period. 9. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep IMVZ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, remove, or reprice features at any time without creating additional liability for resulting business disruption.
10. AI Output Disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. IMVZ is provided on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Human review remains your responsibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMVZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business arising from use of the service.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IMVZ after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices, email, or other reasonable means.
