1. Introduction
At IMVZ, we aim to keep data processing narrow and tied to operating the service. This Policy applies when you browse the website, use AI text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, account features, and related paid capabilities.
2. What We Usually Do Not Do for Public Use
For certain public workflows, we generally do not create a long-term personal profile about you, do not sell your personal information, and do not rely on advertising-style tracking cookies as a core part of the product.
3. Information We Process
We may temporarily process prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and technical parameters to complete generation, editing, or video workflows. We may also process basic device, browser, log, and diagnostic information. If you sign in, we may additionally process account details, history, credits, orders, support records, and security-related information.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only to run IMVZ itself: generating and editing media, preserving account history, processing credits or subscriptions, improving quality and reliability, investigating errors, protecting the platform, and preventing abuse.
5. Data Retention
Public requests made without signing in are typically processed temporarily and do not automatically become long-term account history. Signed-in generations, task records, billing records, and support logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy legal requirements, support backups, and address security needs.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
IMVZ may use third-party providers for authentication, databases, payments, object storage, AI inference, logging, and analytics. For example, account and database features may be provided by Supabase, file storage may be handled by Cloudflare R2, and some generations may run through fal.ai or other model providers.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited data only when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect IMVZ or others, investigate abuse, or when you expressly ask us to do so.
8. Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest, including access controls, encrypted connections, permission isolation, and operational monitoring. No network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
IMVZ is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and respond.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information. Signed-in users can manage some of this through account tools, and you may also contact us to submit a request.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will usually be reflected on this page, in-product notices, or other reasonable communications. Continued use of IMVZ after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at hello@imvz.com.
